Our Refund and Returns Policy

 

We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to ensure all goods and services are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match the descriptions advertised.

Change of Mind, Returns and Refunds

We require notification within five business days from the date of purchase or delivery for any returns to be considered. We will only accept returns of certain products (see below for exclusions). All returned products must be in perfect, unused, brand-new condition, and in their original undamaged packaging, with all manuals and any accessories that were included with the original sale. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase this is either a store receipt or invoice. The cost of freight for the returned product is at the expense of the purchaser.

Exclusions

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any of the following products:

Incontinence products

Toilet products

Cushions

Bathroom seating and personal cleaning products

Rental Products

Rental Products may be returned, but will be subject to charges for the minimum rental period requirements for the items. If the product is being returned due to it being supplied damaged, we will, wherever suitable replace the existing rental item with another similar model/type of equipment.

Cost of returns?

We reserve the right to charge a 10-15% restocking fee for stock items. The cost of freight for the returned product is at the expense of the purchaser.
